8月28日， “一带一路”项目中房国际大厦（柬埔寨）在北京正大中心举行云封顶＆全球ABT启动仪式，见证柬埔寨金边首座超高层摩天大厦最高地标建筑落成，同时开启其资产通证化之路。

“2020中国食品药品区块链创新应用论坛”举行期间，多位领域内专家与企业代表通过主题演讲、圆桌论坛、视频分享等形式，共同探讨区块链技术在保障食品、药品、化妆品和医疗器械等各产业安全健康发展中的创新应用。

随着IT向DT转换，数据已经成为数字经济的核心要素，软件工程也在向数据工程转换，区块链等新一代信息技术将成为数据工程的主要工具，来“加工”数据形成基于数据的服务，从而加速数据要素的市场化进程，最大化释放数据要素的价值，形成数字经济的主要活动。在“数字经济”、“新基建”、“数据要素市场化”等相关政策的引导下，区块链技术正在从小规模应用探索向大规模应用实践转变，大规模应用实践将区块链技术带入到更广阔的产业空间，更多资源的注入和真实需求的挖掘将推动区块链技术向平台化、组件化和集成化演进，形成城市联网、组件服务网络和数字科技操作系统，以满足规模化、个性化和价值化的产业需求。

On August 28th, the cloud topping-out and global ABT launch ceremony of the "Belt and Road" project, Zhongfang International Building (Cambodia), was held at Zhengda Center in Beijing, witnessing the completion of the tallest landmark building in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the first supertall building in the country, and simultaneously kicking off its journey of asset tokenization.

During the "2020 China Food and Drug Blockchain Innovation Application Forum", many experts and enterprise representatives in the field discussed the innovative application of blockchain technology in safeguarding the safe and healthy development of various industries such as food, medicine, cosmetics, and medical devices through keynote speeches, roundtable forums, video sharing, and other forms.

As IT transitions to DT, data has become a core element of the digital economy, and software engineering is also shifting towards data engineering. New-generation information technologies such as blockchain will become the primary tools of data engineering to "process" data and form data-based services, thereby accelerating the marketization process of data elements, maximizing the release of their value, and forming the main activities of the digital economy. Guided by relevant policies such as "digital economy," "new infrastructure," and "marketization of data elements," blockchain technology is shifting from small-scale application exploration to large-scale application practice. Large-scale application practice will bring blockchain technology into a broader industrial space, and the injection of more resources and the discovery of real needs will drive the evolution of blockchain technology towards platformization, modularization, and integration, forming city networks, component service networks, and digital technology operating systems to meet the needs of large-scale, personalized, and valuable industries.
